I was promoting Lloyds TSB and requested to take down the banners - no reason offered despite some really good results. I am in my 3 week of waiting for an explanation. Had them cold calling people they had cancelled on their website, after I had referred them, and me not getting any referral because of this. They of course deny it has ever happened even though I was in attendance when they called one of the people it happened to, gave them all the details as well but still no joy or help off AW! Also had dubious cancellations after everything had gone through and the customer had been accepted only for them to supposedly cancel the credit card. Which seeing as most people applying for these cards are desperate for a cc is crazy and would hurt their chances of getting another cc, even a high APR card.
