Affiliate Window recently announced that they are trialling a brand new support channel. Their new live support channel will be available for both merchants and affiliates, answering technical and account issues. I thought that I would list and compare the different networks support channels and methods of contact.
If any networks feels that this info is incorrect, or have a preferred method of contact, please let me know, as I will endeavour to keep this page up to date. If your network is not on this list, then please let me know your preferred method of contact, and I will add you as soon as possible.

Your account manager’s email address will be shown in the top right hand corner of your screen once logged in. They should be your first point of contact for most queries.

- Online Ticketing System
Both Affiliates and merchants can send in enquiries through our online ticket system. You should get a reply within 3 hours during week days between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm.
To submit a ticket log in to your account and click on ‘Create New Ticket‘ in the navigation on the right of the page in your administration area.

Buy.at
Buy.at have an online support form. They also have a comprehensive page that lists their postal address, email and telephone numbers, together with a map to help you find their offices.
Commission Junction:
CJ have an online help section, and will (allegedly) answer questions asked using their support form. Click on “Contact us” in the top right hand corner once logged in.
DGM Pro
DGM have a contact us page, which if you are logged in will send a message to your account manager, and also lists their postal address and switchboard telephone number.
Online Media Group
OMG are another who use the online support form as their preferred method of contact from affiliates.
POR also prefer the online contact form. You will need to be logged in to access it (click on “contact us” at the bottom of the left-hand menu). From this page, Paid on Results state that “Your message will be read by experienced staff who will aim to respond to you within 48 hours. However, we realise affiliate marketing is not a 9 to 5 project and therefore urgent requests will be processed as soon as possible”
Tradedoubler
If you have a general query you can use their support form, this has a same day service level agreement.

Zanox
Zanox offer a 24/7 hotline, which can be accessed on +49 (0)30 50969 111. Alternatively, they have a contact form you can use to send an email to them.
