The service levels are terrible. As soon as the markets are busy, their website goes down and you end up 15-20 mins on the phone trying to deal. I have closed my account and moved elsewhere, only to find that in the small print you are charged for closing the account. The fees are in excess of 10 trades for closing so as long as they have new clients coming along every so often they dont care! I would beg to differ. The service levels are terrible.
